@ramonmalino I was told I’d have to pay cash for my face lift. LOL I want free healthcare so I can get face lifts. :-D . She doesn’t represent all nurses.

  2. BewareofFlatteries says:

@wellbl Nope. You can’t. Take it or leave it.

  3. BewareofFlatteries says:

An all over healthcare system takes lots of money from the taxpayers. Then the govt decides the pay for the nurses. Nurses will not want to take the pay cut and leave. You’ll have to cut somewhere. There is no perfect system, they all have their problems. The problem here is the middle man called insurance that increased the cost, and the code system that made us have to hire the administrators. Cut them out, the costs go down.
Sicko? Ask a real Cuban. It ain’t pretty in Cuba.

  4. stevensneed says:

@BlackMambakins Well, you idiots and “Obamaniacs” are gonna get your wish. I’ll continue to pay my premiums and enjoy the great health care that I WORK for, unlike you fuckin deadbeats that want ANOTHER handout from the government. I hear you can get your go’ment insurance card in the free cheese line. Enjoy!

  5. Nimztv says:

    @stevensneed
Ok Mr.stevensneed that is poor, first of all this is not a question of being healthy or doing exercise, this is the refusal of help in your time of need. Imagine ur preparing food for your family and you accidentally cut off a part of your finger, what do you do? Do u go to a gym and lift weights to get back in shape? No, u go to the hospital and you seek for treatment, the problem with health care in US is that they charge you over 10000$(price varies depending on the finger)

  6. donnomar says:

Nurses in belgium and netherlands have a much beter quality of life than nurses in the US

  7. cvst2001 says:

It is both. It takes money to see a doctor! Common sense is crucial, but demographics is a motherfucker! Most poverty written people dont have the access. How many corporate jobs do you find in the hood? NONE. Fast food and liqour stores is what you will find. What good insurance can you affoard to pay working there? Going to the hospital is the only line of care. Yes, people can better themselves but its more easier said than done!

  8. rickbar123 says:

Nurses and the Pts will get screw when this is all over.

  9. BlackMambakins says:

steven, instead of me or anyone who wants a public option goes to Canada maybe you turdnuggets should shut your pie holes & let us choose for ourselves & guess what… you choose to pay your way till you rot I could care less… Why should I leave the country that IS where I’m from ?why dont u go back to the vaghole you came out of & spare us your tardness. You have the right to choose what you want & so do the rest of us & majority rules baby! 78% even! Go crawl back underneath ur bridge troll.

  10. stevensneed says:

Please, before you call someone an utter (ubber?) moron, try and spell it correctly. If you want free healthcare, go to Canada and enjoy Socialized healthcare. You get what you pay for, and that includes healthcare.

  11. BlackMambakins says:

yeah riiight!!! but other countries can do it (free health care for their people and not go socalled bankrupt) You make no sense but then your probably used to it. No one is blaming the “system” douche, People have the right to afford proper health care and not loose everything they own trying to stay alive or healthy when they do get sick so shoosh… you are again a moron of ubber epic proportion. :) Have a great day!

  12. stevensneed says:

I grew up under the poverty line, so fuck you asshole. It doesn’t take money to be healthy, it takes some common sense to know how to eat and how to exercise regularly. Blaming the “system” is just another way to shirk the responsibility of taking care of oneself.

  13. BlackMambakins says:

and to steven how do you expect someone living under the poverty line to keep themselves healthy you stupid idiot they can barely afford food now you want them to focus on eating healthy & keep themselves fit? why dont u spare some change & buy a shitload of vegies & pass em around some area where the mother & father struggle to put ANY food on the table. There is no profit in the cure moron, keeping people sick is where the insurance comp. & doctors & overpriced prescriptions see profit.

  14. BlackMambakins says:

yes she elected to stop the pain and get it fixed. My husband was told his surgery was elected as well yeah he elected to live and have most of his lower intestin removed and live with a colostomy bag. you moron, thats what they call it when you dont die either deal with the pain or wait for the elective relief of your pain and endure it for another 6 months… or so thats if they dont decide 6 months later she had a pre existing bullshit line and will say sorry u dont qualify. again your a tard

Countries like France, Cuba, Philipines and India, anyone can go to medical school. Not everyone can pass the exams and get a medical degree. So it undercuts the exclusivity and financial elitism of the US. If you look at healthcare statistics, the highly reimbursed physicians aren’t necessarily the ones providing the best care. It’s a resource allocation system which at this time is utterly corrupted. This is why we import doctors from France, Philipines, Cuba and India. Imagine!

  17. stevensneed says:

It’s not the Insurance Companies and it’s not the Doctors. Think of healthcare as a supply and demand system. when the demand goes down (…people stop going to the Hospital for every little sniffle) the cost of healthcare goes down, premiums go down and we all win. Here’s a novel idea – take better care of yourself and you won’t have to worry about health care cost as much. Personally, I’d much rather have a Doctor driving a Mercedes than a mule!

  18. DEVRIMCI2007 says:

    in britain u can

  19. izzamanda says:

    in australia you can

  20. wellbl says:

RU crazy?! THere is no accountability in socialized health care: YOU CANT SUE YOUR DOC IF HE SCREWS UP. yeah, that’s great.

“I was told by my HMO it was 6 months to get an elective procedure on my knee…”

I’d like everyone to be aware that she’s complaining about waiting 6 months for an ELECTIVE surgery.

  25. terri22221 says:

scorpionkings; Some governments here in Canada have tried suggesting we go to a private system , but we’re not having any of it. We Canadians like our universal healthcare system and will not go private. And though it’s true that some little services have changed, I really haven’t noticed anything that diffent in our wait times and accessibility to specialists etc. Obviously, there’s always room for improvement :) Peace..
