State Mandates Driving up the Cost of Health Care and Redistributing Wealth!

bytestyle.tv Aside from being UNCONSTITUTIONAL, HR3200 will have serious implications for small businesses, the backbone of the US economy. In this video Shelly gives a common sense, layman’s explanation of the hidden costs in our insurance premiums mandated at a state level. I AM PAYING FOR WHAT?!! Remember, government regulations, and lack of enforcement of the COnstitution currently constricts competition across state lines, driving up the cost of insurance. Tort reform should be a consideration…and of course the immoral, unconstitutional Federal Reserve devaluing our currency since 1913!!!! PLEASE SHARE THIS VIDEO!! If you deny the pervasive threat of communism in America and the treasonous actions of the democrats seeking to condemn us to socialism, you are unable to think coherently and will be manipulated by the thugs in government. Get a clue or suffer from your ignorance.

  8. herbs814 says:

there are still too many barriers to HSA’s in many states. Some states outlaw high-deductible plans, thus driving up the monthly premiums for the remaining few insurance plans available. Bans on purchasing insurance across state lines and other burdensome mandates drive up the costs of insurance plans for coverage people don’t need.

You should read the TOS for YouTube. Rule 11a: “If you compare a modern politician to a communist , you’re obviously unable to think coherently and you’ve admitted defeat in the debate. Log-off immediately.”

Don’t worry soon you will fall in the same catagory soon. If you pay $500 for health Ins you are automatically insane. I told you, you’ll fall in the same catagory soon.

  12. livefree1789 says:

$500 a month for a seemingly healthy woman with no kids? Are you insane? I am 26 years old, healthy, no kids. My premium is $50 a month + $100 pre tax money into a Health Savings Account. I can increase or decrease my HSA contribution any time & it goes directly into my account to be used for medical expenses I choose to pay for. The ‘insurance’ part kicks in in an catastrophic event- anything costing $10, 000 or more. This is what ‘insurance’ is supposed to be for- catastrophic events.

  13. AzerChristians says:

Obama is turning USA into a socialist, communist country with his Health-care plan and he keeps on BORROWING money from Japs & China and we will be in debt for generations to come. Where is American Pride and world domination when we stick our hands out like a panhandler for money??

Japs govt just lost election to an UNFRIENDLY party to USA, and USA and EU are islamatized by homegrown Islamic Jihaddists. We have to resort to military sales to Vietnam, India, Turkey for WHAT ??
    NO, WE CAN’T!

  14. heymisterderp says:

Agreed on all points except the end, you meant to say “health care coverage” rather than just “health care”. The mandates adding to your premium are for health care. Someone else’s. Yet again we reward the guilty to punish the innocent with no sense at all of personal responsibility. It’s the pervasive theme in all of this interventionist government policy.

  15. domainsolutions says:

State mandates are just the tip of the iceberg. Lack of competition across state lines, the need for TORT reform, etc…It is government regulation that is driving up the cost of our health care

  16. EyeOfScrutiny says:

Shelly, you hit the nail squarely on the head.
State mandates are a big factor in the cost of health care.

  17. shiftedstuff says:

Exactly why taxes a horrible thing. Cut the taxes, and cut the programs, and let people take care of their own damned selves. And yes, I am a Canadian, living in Canada.

  19. DianeDi says:

I agree 100% – we were talking about two different “health care” systems. Yes injured workers are disregarded and left to fight for their rights (of course – at the worst possible time in their life). We are being ripped off in every way… no doubt in my mind. I am so sorry to hear that you are or know of these victims… yes they are all victims of the “system” . Most people can’t see the end of their nose never mind what happens to others. I get it….

  20. SuperNewf1 says:

Yes. If Shelly took that $500.00 a month and invested it then she would make hundreds of thousands and all of that would be an asset to her. Invested properly she could make millions. All she is doing now is providing someone a lucrative lfestyle they don’t deserve. Let me tell you all a little known financial fact. The “Rule of 72″. If you divide 72 by the interest rate it will show you how long it takes your money to double. 72 by 1% = 72 years. 72 by 10% = 7.2 years. 72 by 15% = 4.8 years.

  21. SuperNewf1 says:

You are covered under the Canada Health Act. Unfortunately that act discriminates against one group. Injured Workers. If you became disabled on the job then your medical and legal rights are taken. The insurance company dictates your care and level of financial compensation which is always less than what they promise. In 2006 in Ontario Canada there were 5000 injured workers on welfare. Your Provincial taxes pay welfare so you are being robbed. Hundreds every year die in pain and poverty.

  22. SuperNewf1 says:

I made a case that government is corrupt. That is why the people need to take back control from them. Now they just are sellouts and traitors to the people by bowing to corporate pressures. Once that is done then there will be no need for insurance companies being involved in health care. If you leave health care to private insurance companies, or government as it exists now, either way we are screwed. That is the nature of Fascism. A government/corporate coalition destroys the individual.

  23. DianeDi says:

I must be missing something – I don’t work any longer, I don’t pay one cent toward any medical care and I present my OHIP card for free health care. I suppose some procedures aren’t covered but that’s not unusual. I may have to pay for an ambulance – last I checked $45 but so be it if I need it. Either way, if you have a business over a certain number of people, you pay a health care tax. I do agree that we are taxed to death, no question in my mind and the money is wasted.

  24. dinkolino2 says:

well don’t you think you just made a case against government controlled healthcare?

  25. SuperNewf1 says:

No they don’t. I am from Canada and I am being denied health care. Thousands are. Canadian businesses are taxed to death, except the large corporations which put their money offshore and Canada sees no benefit from this fraud. One of our own Prime ministers, Paul Martin, who owned a large shipping company registered his business offshore so he wouldn’t have to pay Canadian taxes. The people pay for health care and then don’t receive it. We are taxed to death up here but receive little benefit.
